Raisa, or Isa, as she is more fondly called is the newest member of the Guam Windward Team.
Isa graduated with her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Guam. Her passion for helping families can be see in the empathy and compassion she shows while assisting out clients.
In her free time Isa enjoys hanging out with her friends, cooking with her grandma and singing worship songs.
